Created like the slopes of Col de Le Loze which are punchy and steady with some lighter sections giving more acidity and flavour.
Made with a mixture of 50% Brazil, 40% Rwanda and 10% Columbian beans giving a well balanced espresso blend with strawberry, raspberry and caramel notes.
