Roasted like the slopes of Ventoux with a high heat through the hard middle section of the forest. It then eases slightly after Chalet Reynard to the summit.

A mixture of 50% Brazil, 30% Columbia and 20% Rwanda beans that will give you a punchy espresso blend with notes of mango, lime and milk chocolate.
